Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and updates will also be posted on our social media channels to keep you informed every step of the way.

Pre-Order Drops: For pre-order drops, where products are made to order, please note that production times may vary. Typically, pre-order drops require 2-3 weeks for production before being shipped out. We ensure that every product is crafted with the highest quality standards to meet your expectations. Rest assured, once your pre-order item is ready, it will be promptly shipped out to you. We will provide you with a tracking number via email. SMS updates and general updates on our social media channels will be shared to keep you informed about the status of your order.

Combined Orders: If your order contains a combination of pre-made and pre-order items, please note that the entire order will be shipped out once all items are available. If you would like the pre-made items to be shipped separately, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you accordingly.
